A CommerceHub and ShipStation Integration Success Story
We sit down (virtually) with Rachel Harris from
Trophy Skin. We discuss how eBridge was able to integrate
CommerceHub with
ShipStation. Discover how with the eBridge iPaaS (integration Platform as as Service), Trophy Skin can have automatic bi-directional data flow between CommerceHub and ShipStation.
More About Trophy Skin
Trophy Skin is a high-tech beauty company. They make it easy to have salon quality and inspired tools at your disposal in your home. Therefore, you can enjoy a high-end spa experience in the comfort of your own home.
After COVID stuck, the team at Trophy Skin noticed that their products which were previously considered to be a luxury became a necessity for many. With the closure of spas across North America, individuals wanted to recreate the feeling of being pampered at home. Services that used to cost hundreds of dollars became accessible at home.
Trophy Skin’s Commerce Structure
Trophy Skin has their own eCommerce store which is powered by
Shopify. In order to diversify their online reach, they decided to adopt a multi-channel strategy. This led them to use CommerceHub as a drop shipping utility to help them sell on Costco marketplace. In order to ensure all of their orders are shipped in a timely manner, Trophy Skin uses ShipStation. With an influx of orders through Costco, Trophy Skin reached out to eBridge regarding our CommerceHub and ShipStation integration solution.
Working With eBridge Connections
The team at Trophy Skin was pleased to learn that eBridge has existing partnerships with both CommerceHub and ShipStation. Leveraging our pre-built connectors, eBridge was able to execute this integration in a timely manner.
Rachel from Trophy Skin mentioned that it was a pleasure to work with Natalie from the eBridge team. Trophy Skin uses a plethora of different tech solutions, they valued how Natalie was able to work efficiently by working fast and ensuring all communication was timely and to the point. In addition, Natalie was helpful in expediting communication with CommerceHub.
How Integration Will Help Trophy Skin
eBridge will help Trophy Skin streamline their commerce network and eliminate manual data entry between CommerceHub and ShipStation. Rachel mentioned that previously with one of their sales channels, QVC, they had to fulfill over 1200 orders manually. With eBridge, when it comes to Costco orders through CommerceHub, they will never have to cross that bridge. Integration will allow them to focus on vital business tasks rather than manually entering data. eBridge enables automatic flow with the following workflows:
- Sales orders from CommerceHub to ShipStation
- Shipping information from ShipStation to CommerceHub
What’s Next for Trophy Skin
